bbqbrokers.com Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy
BBQBROKERS.COM will accept return of items for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of the item to the customer. Returned items must be unopened and unused. Food items (sauces, seasonings, etc) must be returned with the factory seal intact.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your items to us.
If your item is received damaged or shipped incorrectly please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we may help you resolve the issue.
Refunds will be contingent upon inspection by BBQBROKERS.COM of the returned item once it is received. Refunds issued to the customer will only be for the amount paid for the item purchased, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
If a refund is approved by BBQBROKERS.COM, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the credit card on file for the customer or the credit card that was used for the transaction before a refund will be issued.
Items will not qualify for an exchange or a refund if they have been returned to us after the 7 calendar days of the delivery date of the item or if you have not contacted us about returning an item.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs if BBQBROKERS.COM is not at fault. BBQBROKERS.COM will not accept cod shipments of returned items.
